We supply 1.5 year(18 months) free warranty for the electric boards. Within 1.5 year, if the boards have any problems, please send the defective board to us and we will repair it soon without charging. (Printhead and consumable parts are not included.)

Q2. What kind of after-sales- service do you have for WER?
A. We have 16 experienced engineers and 1 technical online customer service to supply 18-hour online service. If you have any problems, we can solve them online via skype and WhatsApp.

Yes, we can send ink by DHL.
For small quantity, we can send products by DHL; for large quantity, we suggest customer considering sea transport due to lower cost.
